The products ordered are manufactured and shipped directly from the U.S. warehouse to the shipping address provided by the customer. The product range consisting of Contact Lenses, Non Prescription Eyewear and Sunglasses are mostly shipped within a business day of placing your order except holidays and weekends. In case, any of our products is temporarily out-of-stock, we make sure that we notify you regarding the expected shipment date. Our orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Shipping time excludes the processing time for prescription eyewear. For prescription eyewear, the processing can take place anywhere between 3-5 business days.
The customers do not have to worry in case any of their order seems hampered or has been wrongly prescribed. We make sure that a replacement is provided devoid of any shipping costs both ways! We have summarized the details and instructions below:
We accept returns within 20 days from the date of placing order. In case the product is returned within 10 days of receipt then 10% restocking fees will be charged and 15% restocking fees if returned after 10 days but within 20 days of the receipt of the item. We do not accept returns due to shipping errors in case the lenses are OPENED or MARKED. Please ensure that they are UNOPENED or UNMARKED and not to be EXPIRED within 1 year of the expiration date printed on the box. The customers are requested to call within 1 business day of the receipt if any inconsistency is observed. Once you contact our customer service department, you will get a return shipping label. Refunds can only be issued after we have received the original commodities back. In case your prescription changes, we accept the unopened or unmarked boxes and will replace with your new prescription at no extra charges.
In case, you're not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we provide a 30-day exchange and return policy valid from the day the order is being received. For orders returned within 15 days of receipt, 10% restocking fees will be charged. For returns after 15 days but within 30 days of the receipt of the item, 15% restocking fees is charged. The customers need to understand that our prescription lenses are custom made in according to the prescription provided. This is why, we could only refund them the cost of the frame and 50% of the lens price. No refunds would be made on any progressive lenses or transition Lenses. Returned items must match with the original condition in the hard case you received from us. Exchanges for items of higher price will only be calculated according to the difference in price. One has to contact our customer service cell to get a return shipping label. Refunds can only be issued once we have received the original merchandise back.
